My nephew, Bathini Mahlangu, was on weekend trip to Botswana from Johannesburg when he had a serious road accident. Had it not been for the quick response of your team we would have lost a very loved and cherished member of our family. He suffered head injuries, a broken arm and ribs and a damaged lung. Looking at the accident pictures and now knowing the severity of his injuries I know that God watched over him until your ambulance arrived.
I am sure that had it not been for the paramedics’ swift response and skilled attention my family would be in mourning. My heartfelt thanks and eternal gratitude goes to you all. Thank you for your hard work and commitment – may you continue to be the heroes that you are.

My mother, Mrs. Tilla Roodt, had to be flown from Botswana to Millpark Hospital in SA on the evening of 10 April 2007. I would hereby like to thank Lennox, Koziba, Raymond and Pule for the professional, caring way in which they treated my mother and the whole situation as such. Thank you for putting me at ease. I just knew that my mother was in good hands.
