Basic Life Support, First Aid and Safety courses provide the know-how of what to do in an emergency. Covering areas of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), management of choking, first aid, as well as Public Access Defibrillation, our courses are based on the American Heart Associations curriculums for laypeople.
